From start to finish this was a bit of a dream shoot! My first one I actually organised myself and boy I couldn't of asked for a better team or venue!
I love pastel colours for so many reasons the softness, the colour combinations you can create, the textures but most of the detail they can bring to your wedding day! They can be a wow factor or just the little touches added in to your day.
So of course I had to create a summer pastel shoot to bring all the ideas I had in my head together! The colours we worked with where shades of pastel pinks and blues, we added in touch of greenery to help the colour pop.
For the table lay out we used a trestle table because I love the finished edges on them and I feel they are more sociable than a round one.
On the table we used blue fabric wrapped across with pink napkins finished off with touches of gold around the rim of the plates and cutlery. Adding a touch of colour with the beautiful candles. This gives the table such a soft touch bringing all the details together. We went for a summer whimsical feel with the scattering of flowers along the table in jars which included garden Roses, delicate Delphinium and seasonal Ranunculus, these beautiful wedding flowers were then carried across to the stunning bouquet and the arch for the background.
For the name placements I created some stunning 3D paper flowers using the light blue on the colour palette! These are PERFECT for your wedding! a MUST! They can double up as a favour to because I can tell you, your guests will be taking these home to keep. I then use acrylic to show of the table numbers and table plan. I created these with a soft pastel pink for the background and then white for the information.

The second dress we went for was a rustic barn style dress with the beautiful lace and a of the shoulder straps. This was my fav! I loved the details on this dress, it just went with the whole pastel theme and such a beautiful summer dress!
Holly the florist also created this amazing flower headband to go with it using the flowers from the bouquet and table so it all came together and flowed through out.

So you got to wow them and get them excited for your wedding day! This stunning invitation suite was inspired by the cake and flowers which were used on the day. I was also inspired by the colour palette with the pastels. I kept it very rustic with the rounded edges and added the twine in for the save the date.
