Rich & Rebecca’s Merris Court Wedding

When couples enquire, some of them have a clear idea of what they want from their wedding stationery. While others, like Rich and Rebecca, simply know they want something meaningful. With a summer wedding at Merris Court in the pipeline, Rich and Rebecca trusted my creativity, expertise and passion to guide them throughout their stationery journey. Their collection is the perfect example of how personal touches can be incorporated throughout every element of your stationery, making it truly bespoke to you and your love story.

Wedding Stationery that is personal to you.

During our initial consultations, Rich and Rebecca told me they wanted their day to feel relaxed, full of character and above all – personal. Every piece of their stationery was filled with thoughtful details that both the couple and their guests adored. Designed to not only look beautiful, but to flawlessly fit in with the overall flow and feel of their June celebration at Merris Court.

Rich holds a real love for birdwatching, so I hand-drew a series of delicate bird illustrations to use across their on-the-day stationery. Each table was named after a different bird, paired with simple yet stunning curved table cards in soft neutral tones and natural wooden holders. The floral arrangements by Victoria Wright Floral Design complemented the stationery perfectly, with meadow-style arrangements of blush, butter yellow, coral and peach hues.

Florals played a huge part in Rich and Rebecca’s wedding day at Merris Court, making an impact from the very moment guests arrived at the venue. The couple fell in love with my white welcome sign, which features a box that can be filled with blooms. Their names and wedding date were added to the box, making it even more personal. The flowers complemented the bridesmaid bouquets and offered a beautiful floral welcome for everyone to enjoy.

Illustrated Table Plan

Their wedding seating plan was a true centrepiece. I designed a playful illustration of the groom (who has a passion for weightlifting), lifting Rebecca (who loves prosecco) with a glass of bubbly in hand. It added a fun, personal and memorable touch to their day, with guests smiling as they spotted it as soon as they walked into the room. Their seating plan also included illustrations of hand-drawn birds, botanical details and even their first home together, setting the scene for a celebration full of heart.

The talented Amy B Photography was on-hand to capture Rich and Rebecca’s wedding, and I hope you now feel truly inspired for your very own special day. Let this be your gentle reminder that bespoke wedding stationery is designed to do so much more than ‘inform’ your guests. It tells your story, creates atmosphere and leaves a lasting impression on the people who matter most to you
