General:
All clients and orders accepted by Lauren Daisy is on the biases and understanding that the clients have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions given by Lauren Daisy. With this in mind it is therefore the client’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions before agreeing to a contract with Lauren Daisy. All Lauren Daisy wedding designs are property and copyright of Lauren Daisy and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third party.
Lauren Daisy reserve the right to use your stationery to help promote our products and services by how deemed fit, However, we will never share any personal information with third parties. By reading the terms and conditions you agree to this, however if you wish for your stationery to not be used by Lauren Daisy then please discuss this with Lauren Daisy.
Product:
All wedding stationery products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Lauren Daisy reserves the right to alter product descriptions or pricing without notice. If booking your wedding stationery in advance of 12 months or more and a price increase occurs this will be added to your quotation to cover the increased supplier costs.
Lauren Daisy will aim to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible, there may be colour variations when viewed on different computer screen and devices. With this in mind there will be slight variations in colours between onscreen products, proofs and the final print.
All wedding stationery and personalised products are unique to each client. Lauren Daisy will make all reasonable efforts to check the content supplied, but any spelling/grammar will be the responsibility of the client to approve on supplied digital artwork before designs are sent to print.
Design:
When ordering a bespoke design with Lauren Daisy the client can be assured that the art work will be an original design and will be free from plagiarism. Lauren Daisy does not replicate a design by any other stationery designer or artist.
Lauren Daisy will ask the client to send a variety of images that represent the clients wedding style. This can include images of the venue, colour scheme, table styling ideas and flowers.
Timings:
If you are purchasing a in house design with or without changes to them, please allow 3-4 weeks from initial contact or order to delivery. If you are accepting a contract for a bespoke design, then please allow 5-7 weeks from initial contact to delivery. These times include designing, alteration, print and delivery.
With regards to on the day stationery items, they must be approved 4-5 weeks prior to your wedding day to ensure delivery is on time. Lauren Daisy will not be liable for orders that aren’t delivered on time if this time scale is not met.
If for whatever reason the client needs a quick turnaround then please contact Lauren Daisy before placing your order. Lauren Daisy will always try to accommodate your time scale if and where possible, however please keep in mind that some shorter schedules will have an added fee for a quicker job.
All design and print quotes are valid for 28 days. Reserved design slots are only held for 7 days once booking is sent. If this time period passes and the client hasn’t signed the contract and the 50% deposit hasn’t been paid then we cannot guarantee the availability of this slot.
Booking, cancellations and postponements of wedding stationery:
When booking with Lauren Daisy the design fee will act as your deposit to secure your stationery, designing and studio date. When the booking form is issued your date will be reserved for 7 days, after this time frame Lauren Daisy cannot guarantee you will be able to book your preferred date. However, if you require more time to make a decision, please contact Lauren Daisy directly and we will try to accommodate your time schedule within reason.
The 50% deposit on Wedding Stationery is non – refundable. Lauren Daisy will allow a 48 hour cooling off period where a 25% deposit will be refunded if the client cancel their order. However if you have requested for the design process to start as soon the order is placed no refund will be available. With wedding postponements, If Lauren Daisy is in the design process and still at an editable stage your new wedding date can be added free of charge. These details can be discussed between Lauren Daisy and the client.
Final payment of your quote will be required in full before your order is sent to print.
Once sent to be printed:
If by any means you require any changes to your wedding stationery once they have been sent to print, then Lauren Daisy unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If your wedding has been postponed due to an event out of your control, then please contact Lauren Daisy directly and we will try to accommodate a reprint for your new date. Please note: if the new date is over 12month after the original wedding date or adding new items to your order.
PROOFS:
All of Lauren Daisy Proofs will be send to clients via email. Lauren Daisy takes great care and time to ensure all the information on the stationery is accurate, however, it is the responsibility of the client to proofread and check all the spelling, grammar and layout of the design before signing off the final proof to Lauren Daisy and the go ahead to print.
Lauren Daisy will ask you for the wording on your stationery and will then copy and paste it into your designs. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to ensure the final design proof is correct.
Lauren Daisy does not take any responsibility for any designs which are signed off and after printed with typing or layout errors and will therefore not be liable for any resulting costs or reprints. With this in mind Lauren Daisy therefore ask you to carefully check your final proof and ask someone else to cast their eyes over it before signing it off.
Design Proofs:
Each Client will receive 3 rounds of design proofs for them to make any amendments to their stationery, this has been factored into the pricing for each individual client. Any rounds of amendments after the given 3 rounds will incur an additional £10 per round of amendments. Which will be added to the client’s final payment.
Lauren Daisy will give you a final print deadline date and time for the artwork to be signed off by the client. Unless your wedding has been cancelled due to a reason out of your control or you have directly been in contact with Lauren Daisy, this date cannot be moved. Changes to the quantity or adding additional items of stationery can also not be added at this stage unless this has been discussed prior with Lauren Daisy.
On the final proof approval, your quoted balance with be due in full before your wedding stationery items are sent to print and posted to you. If you are local to Lauren Daisy a member of the team will hand delivery to you. Lauren Daisy will not be held responsible for late delivery if you have failed to pay your full balance by the required date.
Delivery/Postage:
Delivery charges will vary according to the size and weight of the client’s order, the payment for this will be outlined in the final invoice sent to the client.
Lauren Daisy will send your items to either your home address or place of work whichever is convenient for the client, however if your local to Lauren Daisy (within 10 miles) then it will be hand delivered to you by Lauren. All of Lauren Daisy delivery times are calculated with working days Monday to Friday delivery. With all wedding stationery, save the dates, wedding invitation and on the day, stationery please allow 4 weeks from the final sign off to delivery. Please then allow 5 working days before contacting Lauren Daisy of any enquires. The client will be notified when their items are dispatched. Please allow up to 5 working days for a PDF proof of your wedding stationery after the initial order.
All stationery orders are sent out by Royal Mail tracked and signed, so the client will need to sign for the parcel. Lauren Daisy are not responsible for Royal Mails delivery times, all delivery times are approximate.
Returns:
All of Lauren Daisy personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
None- personalised items can be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. If the client wishes to return a product please contact Lauren Daisy via email – hello@laurendaisy.co.uk, detailing the reason you wish to return the product and we will send you further details.
Unless faulty, a product must be returned at your expense in the same condition that they have been received. Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and keep a proof of posting.
If the item is personalised, then these are not refundable unless they are faulty.
Incorrect/damaged goods:
Lauren Daisy tried very hard that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Lauren Daisy via email - hello@lauredaisy.co.uk immediately. These will be given priority and you can expect to receive the correct items as soon as possible Lauren Daisy will keep you updated.
All personalised items Lauren Daisy will take all reasonable efforts to check content supplied, however any spelling/gramma and contact details will be the responsibility of the client to approve the supplied digital artwork before designs are sent to print. Once the final digital proof has been approved and sent to print no amendments or refunds can be issued.
Liability:
If Lauren Daisy fail to deliver the order for any reason other than an event/reason beyond Lauren Daisy reasonable control, or through the fault of the client and Lauren Daisy is liable to the customer. Lauren Daisy liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
Lauren Daisy shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of Lauren Daisy obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Lauren Daisy reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Lauren Daisy reasonable control:
• Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident, pandemic
• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
• Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority
• Import or export regulations or embargoes
• Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Lauren Daisy or of a third party)
• Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts, or machinery.
• Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Payment and Contract:
Payment is accepted by a secure online payment to Lauren Daisy via bank transfer which is supplied on the invoice to the client. Payment will be debited at the time of purchase, or soon thereafter. Once payment has been taken for either your deposit or in full for your order, the client has agreed to adhere to and bound them in a contract to Lauren Daisy full terms and conditions.

All rights in the design, text, graphics, imaged, illustrations and final products are the copyright of Lauren Daisy. Lauren Daisy would love for you to share images of our work, but any replica of our designs is strictly forbidden without prior approval in writing from Lauren Daisy.
Lauren Daisy is within her rights to display photographs of all stationery created on the website and other social media networks and will always credit professional photographers where images are not our own. If the client would prefer for the stationery images not to be shared, then please get in touch via email – hello@laurendaisy.co.uk
